Edited: Followed a tip from @Moutonzare to try to fix some of the jagged lines. I hope it looks a little better now. I also totally forgot to add the highlights to his hair. I dunno why because usually my favorite part is highlighting..lol. So thanks @FiiFo for pointing that. I also smudged the texture around over the window and removed the texture that was over him.
I knew I wanted to make a wallpaper for this category simple because this game has beautiful art. I plan on making at least one more after this one too. I love this guy's character design. He just looks so mysterious. <3
The title from this wallpaper centers around the characters. His element in the game(it's a magic game by the way) is light. But his personality is really dark and twisted.<3 So there ya go.
I found the scan here . Than I started on vectoring it. I'm sorry for the jagged lines again. It's confusing me because it doesn't look like that while I'm vectoring and when I look at it when Im done. It's almost like somethings happening when I export it. It's the same thing that happened with my Kazama wall too.
After I vectored I looked at and tried to figured out a background. It was hard to work with because of the angle of the vector. So I played around with a few things before I settled on this. I hope you guys like it!

The texture over everything looks more like bad artifacting than a successful texture blend... Especially since it's not visible on the lighter portions of the hair. It looks especially bad against the sky.

He is a very yuumy bishie but - i think you should add some highlights to give some source of light direction especially to his hair. I also think you need to keep practicing when you make vectors becuase there are some sharp and jaggered outlines and there needs to be a smoother flow.

It may be the blending mode you used to apply the texture that is making the vector lines rough. I would try turning it off and saving it and see how that looks. I don't think the texture is doing much for you as it is, so it'd be alright to go without. Also, I agree with FiiFO on the lighting, particularly because there's huge sunlit window behind him, yet all the light seems to be coming from in front of him. One last thing is the ghost of him there. Is that a reflection? If so, take care where it overlaps the "frame" of the window, there would be any lines from him there. It just needs some polishing up. (:

Wiiiii alvaroooo!!! Nice wall there i can't believe it he has a waaaall XD really good job nice sky and i like your vector though his face should be a bit more pale like the colour he has at the scan maybe or it could have the light it has from the sun but the colours are nice glad you kept the original colours. This is a fave <3 really really good work!!!!

Yes, much better without the textures and a lot brighter. I'd be careful with the streaks of light though, as there are some that are on his head that don't quite make sense. Overall it's better than before. :P

The vector is nice but the jaggedness is still visible. The BG is not blending too well with the character. Also, the reflections on the window is wrong.

The second version is a lot better. I didn't bother downloading the first one because of the jagginess but this is really worth it.

oh now its a lot better than before....but still i think you should have made your own clouds or use some clouds more animeish. other than that, some lines are jaggy and it somehow seems a bit flat but overall nice wall

Agreed with yuukine...the clouds look too generic,trying to paint your own would have been a much better choice...I also think the sky is a bit too saturated,and blending too much with his hair...other than that,good work^^
