Ganda naman ng WP mo a. About the shadow effect I said at session zero, using the burn tool in photoshop. If you applied it in your image's (the girl) dark areas and adding white highlights it may have a realistic effect on the girl image. thats only a suggestion, But anyways, even without that your WP still looked very good, magada yung mood ng WP.

The background and scan go very well togeather. Looks like a more classical secen than in many other wallpapers. And I dont think its a stye that appires to much at anime paper.

I love the feel of autumn in this wallpaper! I love even though is how you took a simple photoshop brush and was able to make it go so well with the picture :) I'm curious about the fence though, did you make that or was it apart of the stock. Either way I think this piece is very sweet :D

Very, very nice. The BG doesn't even look like a real picture! Good job with it! But I think that you had to work some more on the character: she looks too much "blurred", or anyway a bit flashy... She's not much natural to me, that's it ^^"

you did a great job, i saw your original in session zero and it's a huge improvement. what did you finally decide on to make the stock pic look cartoonish? (i'm in a similar bind with one of my stock pics)

wow this looks really great, it has an awesome theme, it love it so much .. the background really matches the girl and the skirt, i really thing it looks nice and warm, and even though i seem to like pink and purple themes i love bright and summery themes too, it has a calming look to it, but at the same time an exiting beutiy... ^_- +fav fo sur!

nice wall, though i have something to say about the scan's quality.. her face's colour looks a little bit pixelated... maybe you can do something to smoothen it and hmm, other than that, nothing to be complained, liked the background a lot, and if could, dont make it too yellowish =P anywyas, good job!

The background was a stock photo!?!?! wow, thats very hard to believe, if that indeed was an altered stock photo, then you did a great job with it, because it definately looks hand made. I like the way how the anime girl and the real backround merge into a psudo-realistic look. no cat fights at school very nice and warm. Just what I needed for these gray skies around here.

You've done a beautiful job with the background. The warm autumn colours are just marvelous. The lettering is great too. However, I don't think the colours of the background is a match for your anime girl. She looks too much like pasted into the setting. Maybe it's the hair.... On the whole, it's a great effort. :-)

More than just the way you worked the colors, I feel that the wallpaper conveys the most significant part and essence of the character. There's a sense of melancholy with the faded image, and it really arouses the poignant feelings that I had when I watched Honey and Clover.

Bottom line-- great work, creative, and while doing so, you still managed to nail an important part of the anime's theme instead of aim for flash alone. Wonderful job.
