I made this wallpaper a long time ago. I wanted something abstract yet within reason. I was really inspired by the characters armor and the way he carried himself as a warrior. Yet at the same time, he held onto things such as a flower on his shield, and a cross on his neck. I found a certain romance in the character, and wanted to portray that.
I've always found something beautiful in destruction. Maybe it's the ability to be reborn, maybe it's the over-romanticized last good-byes. I'm not sure what it really is, but I figured him sort of disappearing during a beautiful night is perfect.

Nice! This reminds me a lot of the old walling days with the clouds, the planet, the 3d renders and the fractals... love the colors and how the effects were composed :D and the scan is beautiful :D nice job

love the scan, must be one of my favs :) The text could have been blended better, but other than that its great, very stylish, i enjoy it a lot :)

Overall this is pretty slick. The colours are good and the renders aren't overwhelming. The only thing that's holding this down is the typeface. As it stands, the serif typeface you have doesn't really work with the wall, and it's placement there to the right pulls your attention away from the character. That aside, I'm really liking this. Well done.

A very lovely wall. I really like the scan you used, and it's well blended with the background. Text looks a tiny bit out of place, but otherwise a very nice wall. Nice work =)

All the renders around the warrior are sick but the left side is suffering from pixels, looks rather lq :[

This is really pretty, and I just love the colours. However, I agree with the above. It seems to be suffering some quality problems. Good job though ^___^

I love everything about it except for part of the C4D right above the shield. It is just my personal taste to not have it just sticking out there, but it is nice nonetheless.
