Ahaha!! Nice remorphing! Is it was planed, that her dress looks like the same like her costume in anime? A few detail changing, new colors, drawing on fabric... But stile is really the same! Like this combination - new idea and some kind of link to the original. Trees on background is very beautiful too... maybe you have to make a more attention to the mounties on far-away perspective?.. but really, like it in the current condition. Nice work!

The background looks pretty nice, though the sky could be a bit stronger colored so as it'd be light colored, but more visible, because you can only see the branches, and some rock. The character also looks good, she fits well to the background, though the stripes on the sleeves don't match to the clothes she wear. Nice wallpaper.
