Hmmm. Couple of things I would suggest.

First off, I would make the chara larger in the wall. I'd punt her further to the left as well. It looks a little un-balanced at the mo and I think those would cure that.

The other thing is that the bg looks like it was achieved primarily by using layer blending modes - dissolve, hard-light, etc. And whilst there's nothing wrong with that it looks a little hap-hazard and un-planned. I would try to focus down more onto the idea that it's the thunder card, so we need to see a big ol thunderstorm fairly clearly in the bg I would say.

I'd search for some stock showing that and then try re-painting it instead of the blending modes. Just an idea :).

The colrs here blend just wonderfully, wonderful job. The style doesn't clash with the background, and it doesn't disappear into it. You should be quite proud, just lovely.

Hey! I really like this wallpaper especilly the Thunder Card, and Chibi Sakura. (KAWAII!!) Anyway this is definetly going to my favs, keep up the good work.

It's nice, but I would suggest taking out the clow symbol and as someone else suggested, make a big thunderstorm in the background.

This is neat. I haven't seen anything like it. Nice idea and theme going there, but I think the background kinda swamps the characters a bit.
