Well, I decided to create a quick wall using these scans:
Seeing that they came from the same box or something (even though I really don't know how their orientation was (XD) )----I decided to combine them. Making them look like as if they're lying down with their heads together at the middle. At first, I wasn't really sure on how to blend the scans together, but I managed it in the end.
There were no vectors/re-CGs done here. It's all pure rendering, blending + textures. The textures were put to give it that nice papery, unfinished, sketchy feel to it. (^ 3^)
This was made in about 2 hours.

Hopefully the first to comment. I haven't seen a wall from you in a while or did I missed some of your walls... (o_o)
Anyway...
I find the whole wallpaper too yellow... a dash of orange would give a warm feel to it ^^ textless version is much appreciated here ^^
still a fave in my book!

I think the texture is a big overkill, I like that you put them together and the concept is very warm. For the wall I think a soft, dreamy look would be best. Kinda like what you have now, just as I mentioned the texture can seriously go. PS textures really suck so it's best to get some from the net, like texture based websites and such. Other than that it's a very lovely wall, nice job~

The texture is a little disturbing, but it's so good to see a Macross F wall with everyone on it, so I don't really care~ The composition and the mood is great, you've made a superb job with the scan combination~
Edit: Hoo, I see you really adjusted the texture, it looks much better now~

Somehow I really like this, love the text, I love textures but I feel this a bit too "textured" (kill me for saying this) If the opacity was a couple of percentage lower, I feel it would work more. Overall you did a great job blending the scans together and pulling off a very fun wall, nice work!
