The background is looking good, though the sky could've been a bit clearer, the aurora like mist, or maybe the radiance of the blue moon makes it a bit bright. The characters are looking good as well, they fit to the background. Nice wallpaper.

I think it captured the magic of your inspiration wall very well, while at same time introducing some similarity to your old Rozen Maiden / Suigintou wall.

Btw, I still remember from old times that using light effects like that seemed easy on small resolutions like signatures, but was impossible for me to make them look fine on bigger space like wallpapers. Your skills to make that work are admirable like always *_*

Gotta agree with Deto on everything he said... plus, light effects in wallpapers usually look rushed or lazy, but in this wall they work perfectly. Excellent color choices and strokes of color.

Changing the blue tones to something more cyan-/green-ish makes the wallpaper look better than the original scan, in my opinion; additionally, the vector is very detailed. Moreover, keeping the idea of the background with the moon, the sparkling stars and the other effects is quite fitting for this moment. Seems like you even arranged the stars in accordance with the correct perspective, since the ones on the right and left are larger than in the middle; great! Furthermore, if I am not imagining things, you even created the wing of a butterfly on the left...? It is only faint, but it seems to be there o.o (I do not know this anime, so I can't connect any meaning with it if it does have one >~<) Gorgeous! +fav
