i like this at the same time i dont mainly because your sky looks like paint speckles rather than stars. And your moon good be a little bit brighter. Though other than that your sky is pretty good.

One other thing that botheres me a little is that your characters stick out a little to much from the bg. Maybe using some levels and curves could pull them in!

Oh, I was not sure whether you coloured the characters or whether you kept them from the scan until I read @Shimazaki's comment ^_^; But he is right; Ritsuka's hair for example is not well extracted. That is exactly why everyone recommends vectors XD But it is fine all in all here - in my opinion <_< The background's colours really fit the characters', one way or another. And this is what I like most about it, along with the atmosphere everything creates. However, the text bothers me a little... It seems unimportant because it is placed on the side and not in the middle of it.
