One thing that has greatly impressed me about this competition is that you have crafted everything yourself. From left to right, everything looks beautifully created and such a significant amount of life breathed into it. Maybe it has something to do with my love of pretty much all that is medieval, or perhaps it's how you can paint pure artistic ecstasy with each piece that you do. Yet, no matter what it may be, nothing changes the fact that this is by far your strongest work to date.

I must admit, I was rather surprised when you replaced the girl with another character all together. Yet I still love them both. However, it was the original character that really blew me away. Not only did you completely modify her outfit, but how you almost made a completely new character. It's incredibly creativity to not only go in and re-design her, but to modify her in such a way that she still is the same character, yet completely different is ingenius. The new female character works just as nicely and really shows off how creative you are in terms of wardrobes. Seriously, I am loving the outfits your using.

For the first time since I've started writing comments, I really don't know what to say about this background without repeating myself or rambling on. Upon initial glance, it's quite easy to get lost in this wallpaper. From the storybook-styled landscape, to the majestic kingdom below to even your beautiful creation of wildlife (honestly speaking, I don't think the lions look that fat. Now, if you only added some black stripes and gave them some lasagna..) it's quite evident that a lot of time was invested in this. However, at the end of the day what truly steals the show for me is the level of detail to the buildings. Considering that this wallpaper was originally made under a time limit, and while I know you've made modification since then, it's simply astonishing that you could create such a detailed kingdom in such a short amount of time. This fact alone makes me wonder that if you had a greater deal of time, would everything have such a stunning level of detail to it. By far your strongest background you have constructed so far.

I cannot honestly think of a reason not to like this wallpaper. I couldn't wait for you to make some finishing touches to this so I could put it on my desktop and it was completely well worth the wait. From top to bottom, this wallpaper is simply stunning. I can't help but to get lost in it and that alone says more than anything I've written so far. Tsu, this is proof that you are a robot.

I am always amazed at your original art. All your painting comes together in a wonderful twist of colors. Detail on the buildings are amazing. They even fade and blur off towards the horizon. The lighting feels really glowy and surreal. My goodness, your character is so delicious too. I just want to pick her up and take her home. Oh wait I can... trapped on my desktop.

As much as I want to help you. It's really hard to pick away at anything of significance on the wall. You have your own style of painting.

Ah! You changed the character! XD This one looks very nice too, especially her clothes. Your bg is amazing with all those details and delicious colors. :3 I think I prefer the pose of the girl in the first version because her body's facing the landscape and that looks more inviting to me. Like she's taking a break from patrolling to gaze at the scenery and say, "this is my world" or something. Always nice to see a new wall from you!

Great painting, I really like the scenery. I like this one more than the other one. Would it be too much to ask for a 1920x1080 cropped from the bottom? I looked at the one on Kisuki but that one is cropped from the top so I can't see a lot of the building tops and it appears off center on my desktop. D:

This wallpaper is amazing.. I love the colors and shapes .. but the best is the background. The background is simply awesome - especially after watching the video it's awesome to see how you put the background together almost piece by piece, brush stroke by brush stroke.

I don't know if I like the foreground you've chosen as your main more than the other one.. they actually both work out pretty well with the background - they fit the wallpaper in terms of color and lighting well.. while the other one is turned towards the city, this one is more like .. showing something or explaining ...

Anyway: great wallpaper and my favorite .. probably even favorite of the year.. I've put it on my desktop right away.

Oh .. and I requested this one to be featured, but I doubt that it will be featured for it doesn't have this "crazyness" within... I totally prefer this one over most featured wallpapers though.

first, love the color wash, purples and blues are yummy. love the mixture of dark fg, and bright bg, which makes a great comp. the DOF in this is spot on. this really is just an amazin painting, and i'm so glad you're still active on AP, cuz it's refreshing to see things like this still here.

second look, only critique i can give, is that her painting style is a little cleaner than the rest of the wall, so she could match just a little better. but that's hardly noticeable.

I was waiting for the lab results on one of our patients at the ER and thought I'd open this new wall from you. This is a masterpiece in its purest sense. I'm looking at the wall in this tiny iPhone screen and IT IS BREATHTAKING. Even at this screen, I can appreciate the gradation of shadows and light between the buildings. The colors you've used makes me feel I was taken to a world similar to Narnia (thank the lion for that). Well, I wanna comment some more but duty calls. Your style is above the rest.

Wow, such pretty composition! <3 I love the painting effects on the background. There's so much going on here that I could look at it for a while and not be bored, as I am with some wallpapers.

I think I would even like it as a landscape wallpaper only. :D I think the girl in the original version is a lot better. Her face looks more realistic and energetic. I don't like the girl in this one quite as much. The other one has more character.

Stunning work Tsu, one of the best landscapes you've done I think. The colors are gorgeous and vibrant, full view is more amazing because you get all the little details that form into this and the small brush strokes come together so nicely.

Ok, what really blew me away was the ingeniously beautiful background.Also the lights and the clouds. The background is the life of this wall in my opinion. A mixture of purple and blue just blend the color of the sky perfectly.

The character positioning might seem a bit off compared to the original. But still the background makes up for it and I can safely declare that, this is one of the best wallpaper I have come across here.

Background looks fantastic, the colors fit very well together, and the character is no exception. The lion actually looks decent to me, seems to fit with the overall theme of nobleness.

This is such a great wall. I saw this on the front page and I was certainly taken aback from what I saw just from viewing it in its small version.

The detail in this piece is so precise, and it really gives off an RPG sort of feel with the style and detail of the buildings and all the other structures.

The girl is also very interesting. I love her choice of clothing. It actually reminds me of Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts quite a bit.

The lions are also a great addition to the piece. It almost makes it seem as if this girl is in a pretty elegant place.
