The background is nice but it doesn't fit with the vector. And I don't really like the changes you've done with the vector, colors I mean (the shadow is blue).

I don't know if it's just me, but when I see Byakuya I imagine something "high class" and beautiful. This kind of "rough" BG really makes a weird combination with him. Considering he's dressed as a soldier you might think this would go but still, my personal opinion is a no.

But I think overall, it's quite an okay wall. But it's not as good as your previous wallpapers.

The concept is really nice but the character vector is kinda jagged and the BG is too chaotic. I think this would be better off with a scenic BG or something. ^^v

Such a classy guy turned urban...ish? But hey it works immensely. I love the crafting of the background and think it supports Byakuya superbly. And it's so refreshing to see him out of his usual snobbish environment. The color gives off a cool vibe and his stature is very smexy, lol. Nice typography arrangement, I'll read the comments after submitting my own. Thanks for sharing!

Byakuya looks lovely in that outfit...I like the colors

The vector colours are weird because the shadows are too blue compared to his uniform which is a combination of dark evergreen and teal. The uniform aside, if the background was something more vectored, or made up of less depressing colours (something other than black) the presentation could be improved. So all in all, the vector itself and the chaotic background clash. I say wrong image choice. If you chose an image of Byakuya in his shinigami outfit- it would improve the wallpaper immensely. Because it would match the current background you have.
