I like the little humour in this wall. The scan looks great and a bit funny ^_^ but the background looks a bit plain but it suits the overall environment of the wallpaper. It's great the see wall which are cute, simple and bringing a little humour in to it.

Just a remark : in anime the bugs who crosses character's head are all directed in the same way :

0_0 >>> or <<< 0_0 <<< and not like you maked >>> 0_0 <<< I'm not a pro and i'm not enough skilled yet to use easily photoshop without tutorials; so feel free to ignore this. Anyway, good job.

Wow !!! I like her. I didn't know her exact name but there is. However, I am just disappoint about background. I see that you made really nice weapons and character. But I think you forget about perspective. If you look at the wallpaper, "HoiHoi San" and weapon were used one point perspective. What I was disappointed is room. That's all because it was unusual. In my opinion, you have to draw room in 3-dimesion. Even if you used one point perspective, there are others as well.(I am not sure that you understand what I am saying but if you are going to study perspective, you will notice that there are many other perspective used in drawing or painting.)

Well, this paper is indeed cute. But the BG is kinda flat IMHO. The 3D effect is not showing - or maybe my eyes are not able to see this 3D effect. IBTD, but I prefer if the paper is not so symmetric - come on, be a little bit more asymmetric [but it's just my preference of things]. Hoi-hoi san looks emotionless as per usual, and this should not be accompanied with the big sweat - though it does look eye-catching. Albeit these, I love Hoi-hoi san and this is my fav!
