I made this vector from a screenshot and the background idea is from the anime as well.
When they show P&S in traditional anime style they usually have the disco background which I tried to copy but not completely. I didn't add the stripper poles or the discolights but I did keep the floor and colors.
The lights seen on the wallpaper are all a bunch of textures. I used the same textures on my wallpaper "In a box". Check it out if you want!

i dont really like the font on this but it still looks pretty good the background really fits her and thats a nice choice of colors thanks for sharing this :-)

Vectoring's really nice. The color choice for the BG is pretty too. But I don't like that certain yellowish-white line that starts from the lower left part of the screen. It's jagged and all plus it's way too noticeable. Maybe if you made the yellow into circles, it would look nicer on the BG too. A little orange would be nice also. I'm not to fond of the text. Font could be revised and make it more into an effective one. For some references and inspirations, look into @AssasinXXX 's gallery. LOL. XD

The concept is pretty nice.
It sort of feels like a party/club or some sort of glamor shot.
The textures look like they're low quality at max resolution. They look blocky and distorted.
