Funky..Funky...
The song Flip Fantasia by Cantaloop played in my head the whole time I was working on this wallpaper. So that's where the title came from. Anyways, when this scan of Mikado went in a while back ago it immediately caught my eye. Ive been wanting to do something with it for a while. Recently with the launch of the new V6 i've had an urge to make a wallpaper. I wasn't sure which scan to use and than I remembered this one. I think Mikado looks so cool here..lol. So I followed a tutorial on making an urban/funky background and threw in my own touches. I was also aiming for colorful, and well i'm pretty sure I achieved that. So, here ya go! I hope someone enjoys it. I apologize for it not being vectored. D: I do plan on vectoring my next wall though. Made using Gimp!

Should have vectored the scan as well. Its quality is extremely low and blurry. Thumbnail looked catchy though.

I absolutely love the background! I love these vibrant type wallpapers, it's really feels that your character has been upsized though! I agree it looks good on the thumb but the full size you can see the blur T_T

The background is pretty amazing. Sadly, the scan doesn't quite hold up. It's low-res and distorted, like you didn't scale it proportionally.

Well, they pointed out everything about the scan. ^^v Maybe if you vectored it and then submit it as a revision or something. Anyway----GLOMPS on the BG. LOL. <3333

Im glad you liked the BG! I liked it alot too..lol. I might go back and vector the scan..maybe. I can be lazy with walling sometimes I know..lol. But I am vectoring my next wall for sure. Thanks for the comment!

I agree with Horseradish's comment Mystic!! I LOVE the back ground...but the image needed vectoring. I would've been happy to do the vector for you if you didn't want to do that... But I love the colours, it feels FUNKY!!

Thanks Vamp! I was just being lazy, that's why I didn't vector. I wouldn't ask someone to vector for me though..too much work..lol.. :D Thanks again and Im glad you like the background!

Psychedelic… The whole thing somewhat reminds me of those short “interludes” (in-between acts) from That 70’s Show.
The overall quality of character is the main problem (as you’re aware already)… character looks squashed (refer to original scan); character looks blurred, etc etc etc.
Keep it up.
