All I know is that I've been on animepaper for a long time. In these long years I've seen dozens upon dozens of walls and have commented on them all. This one right here is soo damn cute I want nothing more then to go and buy a cat. Awesome wallpaper!

I’d say get rid of the text, as well the speech bubble (either that or make them look a bit more stylish-striking to the eye). You could’ve also made the colors more vibrant-vivid.
Character extraction could use more work. If you know how to vector, then, by all means, I’d suggest you to do so… at least for this particularly case.
Composition wise, a yarn ball (next to Chi) would’ve definitely made this wallpaper more interesting and appealing (not to say cuter).

I really love the effect of the background here, it's really pretty and cool to look out. I like how Chii really stands out from the background. It makes you focus soley on Chii ^_^Really nice high quality pic
