oloooooh :o i like the abstractness of it. very very nice xD i've been waiting to see your entry (yourss an nuni's) i'm sure you'd agree working with that weird staircase made it rather difficult to easily create a scene, since it's so akward, but nevertheless you did a beautiful job of it. basically, ima let your work speak for itself and ****my mouth. really nice job, baka. hopefully you won't brutally murder me in the contest though xD

hmm...I really like your background, but I don't know why I just feel the kanji characters on the bottom right are out of place...great wall all the same =)

Wowsers! Another beautiful and wierd looking wallie.. I really love this one... it looks almost like a picasso painting.. everything looks so abstract,. Looks absolutely lovely! I like the characters, they fit in nicely with the bg. And the wierd looking staircase.. looks like a fantasy dream.. O.o You did a really nice job! Good work!

The downloaded wall look different on the downloaded one :-/ it look better though so np. There's nothing much for me to comment, except one word: chaostic. +fav for the creativity.

kewl stuff, very abstract indeed, at first i didnt understand the bg looked a while longer and was like waaaaaaaaa! its good but i think the green character, kinda killed it, it doesnt really go that well but its still good nonetheless

So cool. The more I look at it, the more I like it. The kanji takes some getting used to, though. I don't know, it's a little distracting at first.

Oh...your composition for the wall is impressing me as well, you switched the dark in to the light part and the light in the dark part. nice contrast and a some good touch ups, just...the girl looks a bit small..so the dark side is dominating the wall ._.~! haha nice job on this one.

Hm... a very interesting composition, although it's a bit too complex and confusing for me. There's just too much going on. Still, it's very nice.

I like th abstract, watercolor look to the background. The black dragon forms a negative space releived by the red. I like this a lot

First...YOU SPELLED PIXELATED WRONG YOU WHORE! second, i'm not a fan of all of amano's work either. actually, it's his more popular stuff that i don't really like. his more realistic stuff, and his more pop stuff is what i prefer, although i do really like the scan. now, fr an actual critique. i give you a lot of credit for coming up with a unique idea that avoided extraction (since you were bitchin about it from day 1 xD ) don't blame you though. it's far from easy. the pirate theme is cool, and always fun! (like my storyboarding project...) and you did a nice job at keeping it interesting. overall it's a nice job, but you've done much better. now go do something fun!
