Good background that matches the GITS world. The text is kind of... skewy(not sure the term for it). In the smaller text areas it kind of looks bad without a inner filling.

Awesome, a great wallpaper based off one of the first good Bandai games I've played :D Or atleast, I think this is a scan from the PS2 game. Either way, it's awesome and definately Motoko. Great work!

Nice job on this wallpaper but I have only two criticisms:

1. Motoko seems a bit blurry. I would try to use a clearer scan of her next time.
2. The background just seems to chaotic to me. I would tone it down just a bit.

Other than those two things I like it. Nice job. ^_^
