The outfit and the details of his hair is great. I like how his scarf flies behind him with rings on them. Though I don't know this anime, how is it that his hand is almost the same size as his head?

Nice gradients, it's as if they generate an aura. You put gradients nearly everywhere, which makes it more impressive. He should be the new face of the "GTFO" meme. Haha
