It's been a long time since I've been here and I wouldn't have returned, but this wallpaper probably would've offened those religious at FaceBook (Yes I have friends I rather not offened lol).
I worked out the top of the head because there was none, found some really nice lace brushes to put at the top, deleted the snowflake and texting originally there, and everything else is good old brushes. (Falln-Stock http://falln-stock.deviantart.com/, C130 http://c130.deviantart.com/, and Redheadstock http://redheadstock.deviantart.com/)The background is a stock from one of the best stock photographers on the net, resurgere at DA http://resurgere.deviantart.com/The quote was inspired by another artist, unfortunately I can not find the original quote to the artist to give credit.
Quite a bit ago I made another Winter themed wallpaper using Adumi Tohru's work. It's funny I did it all over again, but this was an accident.
Signature is on the side

That is a rather bold expression of sentiment, but I am not sure of why it is that you feel this one would give religious offense. I think that the quote that you are referencing here can be found in Milton's "Paradise Lost." It is God's charge of warrant to the archangel Michael prior to, the battle in which Lucifer and his band of follower angels, are cast out of heaven.
Heady stuff, but here you seem to have captured the complexity of right and wrong; good and evil. Your bloodstained angel looks plaintive and its hard not to get caught up in the scene.
Was this angel one of the winners or the losers? Look at this poor angel. Is that the face of evil? Was what the losers wanted really so unacceptable? Was winning worth destroying a part of paradise? After all in "Paradise Lost," Milton does not say that Lucifer was evil. What "Paradise Lost" says is that: Lucifer no longer wanted to be subordinate and that he had other angel supporters. Is daring to have the freedom to refuse a noble thing, in every case except the one in which you dare to refuse God?
I like thinking art like this. Good art should slap you in the face and demand that you consider it. You have done a nice job of animating the text.
P.S. Size matters. I wish you had designed this wall as a larger size.

It looks pretty good but 1024 x 768 resolution? :)

I almost said being very good. There are two flaws, but unfortuantely they drop the overall usability of your image just too much. The resolution is totally outdated, 1024x738 was weak already long years ago. Thats for 15 inches screens and I would wonder if still somebody has them. The other would be the borders with the text. Would look quite fair on a darker wall, but not on something such bright. Too bad, cause I think the composition itself is really wort some praise.

Nice image!
Regarding the message... well I don't use to put anything religion-related on my desktop, but that's not a problem. Maybe a text-less version would made justice. Black bands for text is not nice, specially with text that large and font that big that steals space from the rest.
By the way, you made a typo: "Etnerity" is written instead of Eternity.
Blood stains seem unreal to me, like splatted on the canvas instead of being on the character.
Anyway, is a nice image, thanks for sharing!

It's really beautiful and magnificent in my opinion. The text on the wallpaper give the picture a meaning. And the same with the picture giving the text a meaning back. I'm adding this to my favs (^W^).

This is really nice oAnd I can really relate to the theme it's going around, about angel sinning, and turning...bad...XD but it's beautiful <3

It's expressive and colorful. The blood splattered on her(?) hands says a lot. Hands are symbolism of sins and prayers. You can sin or pray with them. I like the background colors and feathers. It really gives it a chaotic look.
