When I saw the original images for Nanoha & Fate (already in iPod style with only black, white and pink/yellow colors), I decided to make this wallpaper. They caught my eyes. I kept the same style but removed the iPod and the earphones. I also add some lighting and colors effects.
Some brushes from DeviantArt were used to add some snow effects, swirls and the crystal in the middle of the wallpaper. Too bad I can't find the links again to download them.
I hope you like this wallpaper. Of course, feedback is welcomed and well appreciated !

Really interesting graphic concept and very particular, but there are too many effects and the graphic impact is too chaotic for my taste.

I get the whole concept here. Like the most of the effects, however, I can't really see Fate here. She seems to fade away to the background, and doesn't appear to appealing either, too much effects applied. As for Nanoha, she looks fine, but would love to see her more appealing. Anyway, congratz on you first wall. Keep it up!~

I liked the coloring and the effects here. Nicely colored and integrated. Though I have not watched the anime nor know what the story line is, it would be better if the characters were more detailed. Still... congratz on your first wallpaper!!

Nice paper, but is there any chance to release a 1920x1200 version? If you release a 1920 version, this will be on my desktop within minutes.

I like how colorful it is. I think you did pretty good on blending the images and brushes altogether into one single wallpaper. I didn't watch the anime either so I am not sure who is who and what matches whom etc. As to the "lack" of detail: I've seen wallpapers on here where the main character (I think it was a Neon Genesis Evangelion wallpaper with Asuka) was barely a shadow-silhouette in the sun.. so it's not really a problem. What I might've added is some more contrast to the light-appearance of the characters, meaning: some of the regions should've been a little less glowing, while others should glow more - in order to create some kind of contrast. But then again I believe this is just a matter of taste anyway.

I really like this. It fits in with the whole concept of Nanoha with the clashing colours and the effects. However, the choice of character image is not as suitable for my liking. Nanoha's pose is great for this type of wallpaper and it really fits the mood but Fate's pose is a little dubious.This creates a conflicting view and I think it takes away from the image of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha which is a lot more "macho".
All in all, I think some fantastic work has been done to create this but the choice of character pose does not match as Nanoha looks bold but Fate looks a bit strange in that pose.

Very well done. The lights effect are so beautiful, love it. But maybe Fate's pose is too gentle compared to Nanoha's "White devil" ^.^
