Luv! Luv! Modoki!!!!

I can’t get enough of Mokona and Modoki since I saw the adorable pair in the manga version of Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHolic. They are simply too adorable to resist. <3

For this wall, I want to make something simple as I am not very good in vectoring yet O.o (ok, I am still learning and need to practice a lot). Anyway, do not judge this wall by how it looks. I actually took 3 days for the vectoring, modification (I nearly died from it ) and bg deisgn. The good news from this wall is that I’ve figured out how to colour a vector without making mistakes like I did previously. XD

I vectored Modoki out of a scan (It was only a small part of it) and decided to do something as if ‘modoki is messing around in the kitchen’ as the bg.

For the original scan, Modoki is holding a ladder. Since I can’t work out anything good with it after trying for 3 days, I decided to scrap it and design the entire thing myself without being restricted by the original scan. So, I added some simple details in the wall, like the heart shape and a gingerbread cookie XD. I need to clarify that it is not a dog biscuit. I choose the shape purposely ;) Besides, I did not use any textures or brushes in this wall. I want to keep it clean and simple. :3

That’s all for this wall. Hope that I will make a new one pretty soon.

I love the whole simplicity of this wall. Makes it more focused on the character. The soft pastel colored BG is really nice too. Although somehow, I wish there were more cookies around Mokona Modoki----or maybe put some cookies in some squares. XD Overall, this is a really cute wall. ^^v

Simple & Nice~ It make the wall look so smooth. The BG colour are nose matching. How about you try to make Modoki's outline stroke more thinner, it wall look more nice (n_n) Keep it up

Are you serious, your not good at vectoring?!?!?! This looks friggin AWESOME!!!!!!! What you did with the background looks FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! I really admire the simplicity of this wall!!!!!!!! This is truly a MAGNIFICENT WALL!!!!!!!!!! GREAT WORK...KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mokona is so cuutteee !!! I like this picture because it's simple and the color makes me calm. and of course, when I see mokona's smile, I wanna smile too. so this is a happy vector. XD
