Woohoo, another project crossed off the list! I'm happy to finally submit this, as I had been working on it for quite a while and gotten tired of it. Lately I'm trying to clean up my projects folder, so this is how I remembered this long-abandoned vector. My initial thought was to leave it simple, but I can't stay put and had to add painted shading.
This is the original image I used. You'll notice that I left the headpieces out since I didn't like how they looked. I also changed the color of Layla (the blond girl)'s bands from pink to blue since they fit her costume more this way.

Congrats on finishing another one, girl! <3 I think it's really pretty. :) I always love how you do the different colors for the outlines. I tend to just stick with one color. XD I'm not a fan of how you did the shading on Layla though...I don't know, her face seems like it's missing something. More depth. But overall, this is awesome. Of course. :D hugs

I don't know, I'm kind of iffy about their faces too because there's a lot of empty space; especially since I'm used to seeing strands of hair or their faces pointing in a certain direction, not directly facing us :\ Dunno what else I could do to them, though, if I tried something they'd probably look even worse than they do.
And about the colored lines, those were already done a few months ago; if I were to have started vectoring (is this even grammatically possible?) this now, no way in hell those outlines would be colored XD

Yeah. I don't know. I think it's cause of the blurry shading that you did...it just...seems like it's missing something. But it's not BAD. I just think they need more definition with the shading. More darker spots or something. I think the hair is fine!

awesome. they are look so beautiful and happy. I like the way you color it. you use simple color but it makes the picture natural and nice. Love it. great work. haha. ^^
