You know, I've been wanting to fave this since I saw it yesterday on MT, but haven't got the chance since my head is still fuzzy from all that vectoring....

Now that I have slept and refreshed myself, I would like to say that this wall is really awesome....this is the kind of wall I always wanted make but couldn't : simple, clean, and totally beautiful... unlike most of mine that's messy, too complex, but doesn't look good at all T_T

There's just something that really appeals to me in the wall.

Is it the avocado ice cream colored wall? Three scoops please. Is it the citrus orange going from a tart to a deep sweet flavor? The snow white flowers? The white waves of the ocean going across the curtains? The blue color that is becoming deeper on her dress as she becomes immersed in her music? Who the hell knows?!

I like the texture you used on the wall. It really helps beat away the plainness of vector shapes. One thing I like the most is how everything isn't straight. The wall feels more whimsical rather than calculated, straight, and smooth. It feels like I can see the lines moving like in those very old black and white cartoons. The covering of shapes on shapes is an idea I always liked. It reminds me of those optical illusions/puzzles lol.

OMG she has an i pod jeje i love de softness of the colors, combining the blue curtain with the orange color seems like a beautiful sunrise. The flower on the umbrella are really cool too it is something like... i think she looks like a flower by the little ones

This caught my eye for the second time - the colours are very pleasant and soothing, with the yellow-orange a nice contrast to the predominant blues. The lines and blocking really work for me too. Overall, a relaxing wallpaper that I'm downloading for the second time :)

I love Akashi so much. The Tatami Galaxy is definitely ranked as one of my top favorite animes I've seen. Also, I noticed how similar this wall is to that fan art scan you linked. xD I thought this wasn't a wallpaper and actually a fan art done by that same fan artist, lol.
