It's nice to see people are still doing old school walls.

Where people extracted images and touched it up with brushes. I like how the background feels like fantasy with all the colors but has clouds and moons which is widely recognized.

The characters still have a white outline left on them from extraction. You should look up how to extract by using vector masks. It's a lot cleaner.

In my opinion the final result looks a way too busy, with all that characters and oldschool light effects on it. As was said before me, extractions have noticable errors in.

finally some more saiun! i love the images so much, it's makes me a bit sad to see the neon light effects distracting the whole wall. so i agree with akiranyo to make it less busy.

I love this anime too! I love the picture that you chose, and they all look so gorgeous. But I think there is a little too much going on, with all the brushes and the fancy background, which are not bad by themselves, but too much of them distracts attention away from all the gorgeous Saiunkoku characters. But still, nice choice of image to work on! :)
