Nicely done. Although the horizon's a bit blurred to me (the far off horizon----mountains and such----also the palm tree behind her). Other than that, everything's great. ^^v

Yes, this is totally different from what you used to do ^^ Nice wallpaper here! But, I just have some points to critique (friendly critiques): The wallpaper elements are not well blended, the lines and detail quality are variable from part to other, you can see the mountains are very blur more than the palm tree, the palm tree itself has much blurred parts. The sun umbrella is too much little comparing the girl and too much big comparing the palm, I suggest you change the girl's position, or make the palm closer, oh, just like in the scan, the sun umbrella's shadow is also on the wrong position, it should be on the right (depending on the sun's position) and finally, I think that the clouds near the mountain should look smaller... still a nice composition and also it's nice to see a shining wallpaper in this period of the year, makes me remember the summer (Nostalgia!!!)

God, I love her! >__< Well, I'm a little bit surprised for you make a wallpaper with extraction, but it's really good for your first extraction! And lol, you extended the bg very well! =O I just think that the mountains would be not so blurred, but the rest for me is perfect. The shining sea and the shining sun are what catched more my attention. :3

Great color choices! Nice and cheerful and it has just about a full spectrum too - to me that always looks "complete"compared to flat color schemes or more monochromatic pieces. So nice job on that. :3

I noticed some things that other people may have already mentioned: you can't see the other palm tree through the inner tube, the umbrella's shadow on the sand should be on the right side, and the clouds near the horizon should be smaller. :3 As for personal finishing touches of mine, this wall would look nice with a lens flare where the sun is - the glare spots would actually add to the wall in my opinion, because she is partially shielding the sun. I also think the top of the sky needs to be a darker, deeper blue. So basically, you can use some finishing gradients - a darker blue at the top of the sky (linear gradient), and a light yellow or orange radial gradient from the sun to help give the wall more warm light (the light from the sun is currently too cold and blue). This sun gradient would need to be placed on color dodge (low fill amount) to look subtle.

The wall almost feels like a photograph with all the blurring and texture. The bleach compliments the character's cute look. Omg the sun!

I think the sand could use a bit more orange or yellow in it. Everything is very colorful and bright but the sand falls a bit short. Having the shore's contour be a bit more wavy would make it more interesting.

It's good to see wallers are trying out different things. :D

Ahhh... ridiculously cute girl. Background is quite nicely done, the only thing I disagree with is the umbrella. It just doesn't seem to mesh with the rest of the scenery correctly.

But, she's so cute that I'll let that slide :D
