Fullmetal Alchemist Long Walk Home

I love FMA and i really wanted to create wall and use it as a desktop...i wanted to use something from the ending song so i choose this screenshot , which i guess represent the journey that the two brothers went through.

This time i wanted to try working with photoshop so i painted everything with it. For the sky i didn't use a gradient but i painted it with different degrees of colours and then smudged and blured them. To create the clouds i used a brush made from sand texture to create a cotton feel to the clouds, and for the final touch i blured them. I didn't want to use strong dark colours for the clouds, like the ones in the screenshot, instead i opted for lighter colours to give them a warm feel .

For the characters i just painted them with regular brush and added a touch of rusty texture to Al's armor. the total time spent on the wall was 9hrs

I'm not sure if it turned out ok, especially it is my first time painting with photoshop :P .....Hope you all enjoy it and all suggestions and feedbacks are welcome
