Hey this looks WONDERFUL. I don't have any crits to say but compliment its splendor @_@. Impressive work with vectoring as usual. I like your Bryce stock. Nice work. How long have you been using Bryce? I'm still pretty new to it but learning ^_^. Nice starfield full of gases and light. Combination of vector's and surreal background make for an incredible piece of work ;). Nice use of a light texture to blend things together. Did you use a stock for the hand in the lake or is that a render from Bryce O.O? Awesome work ^_^. Hope to see another splendid wallpaper from you in the future.

At first I was like...hmm wait! This is part of your desktop except it didnt have the background like that! But who cares! Lol the man strikes again! To me this peice could be used for the special edition DVD version seriously though I am not joking this could really get you money just by using that for a cover :P. I am a huge fan of Evangelion and this wallpaper does do it justice! It looks professionally done and looks like it took time and effort to make it perfect. The colour and the background blends in together and is easy on the eyes. The vectoring effect is quite unique and is nicely done. Keep up the great work!

Woah, the end of the world is freaky ain't it. I love the ocean, the pinkish color gives it an "apocalyptic" feeling. Evreything image was used very well. Good work.

Hmm not so sure about the techniques you used here. Looks quite good but sceneric is really not my speciality to judge ^_^' Well done on the perspective blending but Rei looks overlayed with the sky somehow. Like her opacity is too low @&#95;@ Other than that this is a really nice wall ^^

I must confess that this wallpaper is definitly one of the best NGE wallpapers I have ever seen. I love the idea of the composition the most. Then I like the background of course - especially the water. And then the positioning of Shinji, Asuka and Rei. However - its the coloring that makes this wall stand out - since the style reminds me of some quality CG or Artbook drawing.

This is indeed wonderfull, you did a outstanding job placing in the lake and mountains with the rest of the vectors, the overall quality is exelent aswell. There have been alot of very good Neon Genesis wallpapers recently, yours in my eyes is definitly one of the best without a doubt. Beautiful as always. Your way to shade vectors is amazing and unique as always it just makes me go wow everytime I see it. But I am not really fond of the 'bryce' type of water you used, which somewhat feels a bit too realistic compared to the celshaded anime characters. Same goes for the rocks. Maybe next time you could try painting/colouring it on your own, using the bryce render you made as "base" to have an idea on how to colour it. Still an awesome wallpaper :)

Oh and one last thing... I noticed your wallpaper has JPEG artifacts over it, probably because you submittesd the wallpaper with a big filesize (compared to its resolution), hence our script at AP probably recompressed it like that. I suggest you to resave your wallpaper with a smaller filesize and resubmit it, because it's a shame to see jpeg artifatcs on it :(

Nice wall, nice vectoring and most everything about it are fine. For some reason the general feel just doesn't seem right to me though.

as soon as i saw this wp, i was like 0.0 *insta-fav*. I love how it seems to tie into the very end where it is just sinji and oska while still bringing that whisper of what had happened in (in their eyes at that moment) past. you've started to captured a how it might be like after the anime sequence that does not require the world litterally ending and starting over from scratch (some people do actually believe that happens). but there is on question i must as. Is the face in the background supposed to be rei or the 5th child?

This one definitely catches the mood of the series perfectly... Rendering, vector, shadowing...everything is amazing; really. Somehow though the wall seems a little low quality...I mean a little blurry with pixels somehow. Maybe the save quality is wrong that's a probability it seems since the filesize is 134kb. But anyways...amazing job

Again, another great EVA wallpaper. The touch of adding Rei to the wallpaper, especially hidden in plain sight, was brilliant. Not to mention that picture for the background is one of my more favorite creepy landscapes of all time.

Well, i really liked the effects like the water and sky. I think the contrast with Shinji and asuka are kinda high. While yet still, i like this wall. It's like something u would find as a poster in new type or those other magazine. (add to favorites)

I'm very impressed with your work here. Great job on it and I would prefer to have Rei's head being removed or maybe try to reduce its opacity. Still, bravo!

That's quite something Grayserg! Remarkable! What I like most is the finesse and care you so obviously put into Rei's face in the background. The sky is also very, very good. Like you said, the composition is different than in your other wallpapers, usually they have a very strong central figure, with a lot of dramatic effects that play to that. This time, it's more of a scene without that strong central pull. The effects are still very dramatic though. (nice touch with having the second Rei sitting on the rock over in shadow by the way, I didn't notice her there right away, and that makes it all the more interesting)

There are just so many facets to this one, and you obviously put so much work into this, I could go on and on... but what I'd really like to know (it's auch a unique scene) is what your inspiration was for this? What significance each of the pieces has for you and why you decided to put them together like this? (oh, and this is definitely going into my favs! Great job!)

Oh,my God it sure gives me the creps but in a good sense it's an amazing wall,it amazes me by the uniqueness of the idea!The colours blend perfectly and the idea with that head it simply a nice touch if i can say that...and from my opinion I think that that "head" makes the wall^_^!And for a long tiem I see purple and pink in another wall that isn't romantic!Uh in soem parts it reminds me of scary movies with heads getting out from water suddenly,it seems bloody without having a small trail of red^_^!Simply great!

**I don't see many walls that do my old anime counterpart Shinji justice but this one definitely delivers. I like just about everything about it. (I especiallly like how you have hidden Rei in the background in shadows. It kinda adds some how to the wall.

This would be an awesome wallpaper if not for the creepy face in the background. The face is scary. I don't want it on my desktop everyday... Everything else is nice. The purple sky looks especially cool.

This is really well done. I mean I've seen some Eva wallpaperes before (especially this scene) but this had to be one of the best. The scenery, the colours and practically everything fits perfectly except for the Rei in the background. Her flight suit doesn't make much sense since her Eva was destroyed and all. But still, overall this is a great wall.

Hmm... I must admit, despite its freaky-ness, it is a really good piece of wallpaper. Everything (the background) looks real, real enough to be compared to the anime characters there... Basically, what I meant was that it does not look akwards when putting a real background into animated world... Again, good job on those. Though... It is, by sense, a little bit too scary to me, Rei's face as the Mountain (or I hope I perceive it right) Nevertheless, I really liked the Hand-Shaped Rock, or rather a huge hand that is stoned maybe by medusa ;p I would like to praise you for another good job done, though I think you sure do have strange sense. Simply a work of art! Everything is so well placed and made. Awesome vectoring on the characters. Especially the two characters at the bottom of the wallpaper. The outer edges of the characters seems like it's glowing, it really bleands in with the background. I like how you got the idea, it looks really like the ending of the anime. That moment at the End of Evangelion was one of the most moving moments in cinema for me. I think you chose a good moment to capture in this piece, and it certainly doesn't hurt that it is gorgeous. The colors go together very well, and I particularly like the water and sky. Also, that Rei in the top-right corner is sorta creepy. Anyway, three thumbs up.

I like it! The theme is very surreal, as demonstrated by the sky and ocean. It represents the ending of NGE very well.

Omg, this wall is just too awesome for words. It definitely captures the deeper and darker side of EVA (who some ppl still think is all about action -_-). I think what I like most is probably Rei's face on the pink/purple water. The focus really goes to her and her sadistic expression. Shinji and Asuka on the side add a nice balance to the overall scene. Of course, you also did a great job vectoring it ^_^

Wow, this could be considered a master piece. Very rare piece of work seldom seen on AP. Not only is Evangelion my favourite anime, but so is your art and the way your scene is laid out, it just delves into another world. Your coloring technique is outstanding, and your vectoring job is still unchallenged. If possible it would be nice to know where you learned how to vector this well :). I can not wait to see more of your work and I will definately add this to may favourites.

I really like this wallpaper, its been on my desktop for a good few days now, you obviously have a lot of talent, I especially like your use of light and shadow to draw the eye to different parts of the wall, so much so that at first I didn't even notice the stars! I also think the colours used have given it an otherworldy atmosphere that really suits the scene. Proffessional stuff.

That background picture of Rei remains to be one of the creepest I've ever seen. However, since the background IS Rei I think I would have preferred you not put her in the wall in the upper right. Otherwise, it's well done. Nice job.

This one definitely delivers. I like just about everything about it. (I especiallly like how you have hidden Rei in the background in shadows. It kinda adds some how to the wall.

Nice, this wallpaper captures the surreality that The End of Evangelion was quite nicely. The lens-flare effects, as well as the rendering done on the sky, ocean and rock outcroppings are executed with a great deal of skill.

You chose excellent scans to work with (I enjoy the little details such as Rei in the corner and Shinji's arm resting on Asuka's thigh) and managed to create a fantastic wallpaper.

NGE I love you! If I could come up with one complaint about the show, it is that the ending ended too soon. I wanted to see more of Shinji and Aska in their new earth. Seeing that giant Rei head in the background reminds me of how moved I was when I first saw the movie.

Yes, this one is quite good. I like the colors you gave to the background. The lila water turns it all in a certain atmosphere and also the dark clouds are great.

Yes this wallpaper is superb in all ways. I really like how you integrated the "End of Evangelion" theme to it. Especially with REI in the background like that. Although I thought shinji was the only one alive by the end of the series? just a technical point really. Not anything to do with your excellent artwork though. Yeah your water looks almost realistic with that cartoony feel to it. So its real enough to look fake? If you know what i mean? Great Work! Instant FAV!

As usual you produce godlike work. Everything is perfectly done. God your vectoring style is so unique. I love the way Rei is hiding in the background. The background is absolutely amazing, so crisp, so clear, so wonderful. The hand coming out of the water makes for a nice effect. The title is magnificent and I love the text that you used. I like how you abreviated Neon Genesis Evengelion into NGE and then put Neon Genesis Evangelion directly beneath it in a different color, it looks great. The water purple water blend very nicely with the sky and the face that fade off into the sky looks sort of ominous. It gave me the jitters. Well I cant really point out any flaws in this wallpaper at all. Oh and I wanted to point out that you were right, this wallpaper definately has a different look as opposed to the rest of your wallpapers. Please continue to make wallpapers. As far as I am concerned you are the best waller on this site. Your wallpapers give me goosebumps. Keep up the good work!

Good job with the vectoring. The lines are very smooth, and the shadings are done beautifully. This wallpaper has that surreal and other-worldly feel, just like the series. The characters fit nicely with the background. And I would like it even more if it were textless, but it's only a personal preference. The use of text is well done actually.
