HAPPY BDAY TO Janna92 ! (Hope my gift isn't late) :D
Ever since I saw this wallpaper way back 2005, I've been amazed by colorful digital lighting effects. I made a few trial and errors using tutorials from many sites and I made this wallpaper having many combination of what I have learned. Cardcaptor Sakura is my all time favorite anime (and I've always wanted to make one) so I decided to make one just for series.
After all, lighting effects seem like magic isn't it? ;) And what better reason than for my dear friend's birthday celebration.
I was having difficulties on what title I should use, but then I was doing this wallpaper while listening to the song "Beautiful" by B2ST. And the song came from their album: Lights Go On Again.... (I suck at titles, do I?)

The wallpaper is amazing. It could be even more amazing if you'd vector her but because of all the nice textures you've added, I didn't care if she was vectored or not.
I really like the smoky background and the beautiful light orbs or whatever you call it. The light on the star on top of her staff is almost blinding me lol, but I like it. The colourful lights you've used around her and at her feet makes it kinda dynamic. It's an awesome wallpaper and the fonts lifts up the funky feeling of this wall.

I was actually planning on vectoring her... but until now, I can't even make a satisfying line art so I decided to leave her the way she is... :)

Great work, most CCS wallpapers look the same sadly, this is a nice and modern. I love these blur light type wallpapers! Awesome!

Not a vector - it's not a big deal, extraction and blending will never die. Even I can vector I use that technique from time to time.
I like what you made with colors and textures, they gives really awesome magic effect. Fresh and joyful wall.

Totally love the background and the way you've put the focus on her. Its so bright and full of color, yet not distracting from the character herself. Very interesting!

It's just fresh and very creative view on CCS! I like the use of lights, brushes, effects! It's a nice example of creating such colorfull effects!
