[nice painting^^] Well first think when i download this wall i prefer the preview one not the full view, kinda scary :D And Ed's face a bit look weird for me, but thaat just me... overall you've done a good job

ap logo is in the door of the left, and i really like the way you painted edward a lot of details and nice work. i bet that arm was a pain xD, anyway imo some of the shadows of the jacket are a little weird and for a "metal" material, i think is a bit blurry. but overall is a good WORK :D

Well, I must say that this is very impressive. Nice way of combining vector+painting to create that 3D effect. The colors are really vibrant. And the scene that you did to the second revision fits the the mood of the wall.

CONS:

• There are some flaws to it though----like, the way you shadowed his nose is a bit weird and his lip looks like that of an old person. The golden damaged metals doesn't look that metallic to me. The shadows/creases on his clothing looks too smooth.

PROS:

• I love the way you extended his hair to a ponytail. The eyes looks very much realistic. I really love the painting that you did----recreating the scan and all (though, his left hand seems to be cut-off because of the extensions that you did with his cloak).

Either way, there's still room for improvement. I admit that even I couldn't do a 3D-ish painting like that. (X_X) So, a really nice job on this one. \m/

the painting is very nice, and well done . I would rather you had used darker colors for background, as it would have contributed nicely to the over all atmosphere ( Just personal preference ^^)

I see someone already pointed out ED's odd face. Try not to add too much shading and depth on the face of anime characters, specially if the scan itself lack that ( Anime characters are not supposed to look realistic anyway ^^). Also be very careful when painting or vectoring the mouth, as a slight change in size or shape has noticeable impact on the overall expression and might make the face look awkward !

Wow, this seems a lot of work, you did very well in combining vectoring and painting techniques. The only thing that you can improve, as the others have said, is the nose and lips painting, I think is a little "too realistic" for an anime character.

You put a great efforts walling this, details are really awesome, but Ed's face is not really in my taste... looks, in someway, "girly"

First I'd like to congratulate you for being so brave and taking on this scan, It's a beautiful scan and I really love it, but I was too lazy and too omfg so much detail to even consider makin' a wall out of it so yeah, WAY to go you =]

Nice job on the painting, on the details you really payed attention to them, I like the hair a lot, it's really shinny and I actually prefer the ponytail you made instead of his braids xD it somehow has a better flow, the extra strands of hair you added make it so much better too. I do have to agree that you kinda blew it regarding his face, he needs more delicate lines under his eyes, and the mouth is reeeeeeeeaaally weird, you should pay really close attention to the face since expression and emotions in a wall counts a lot. Just by changing the mouth and nose a bit his expression changed a lot.

This somehow 3D style of painting is something I don't like much, actually I dislike it, I prefer much more outlines and delicate shades but I see myself faving this right now.

Props for taking on this super detailed scan and finally finishing! :D You did very well on the hair - the colors, depth, and detail are all there. :3 The preview image looks great, though upon fullview a lot of the metal parts look quite blurry - like there's a bit too much smudging. I also think the metal parts in shadow should be a bit darker - like how it is in the scan, so help show stronger separation of the interior parts. I will say that it's a bit hard to tell the lighting because the metal parts and the red cloth are shaded generally - and I had to determine where the light was coming from based on his face. Speaking of his face, since you showed me small preview wips before, I couldn't comment on it, but I think it's good to know that you don't always need to try and shade certain styles of anime realistically. The dark nose shadow and the defined lips in particular - for this type of anime style, shading like that isn't really necessary - even on my Saito wall I kept the facial structures anime simplified. If you wanted to add some realism detail, you could add some gritty textures to the cloth and metal for instance - that would also lessen the "blurriness" of them too. Overall good job on this and I hope to see you keep walling! :D

You really took on a monster of a scan, so bravo for that! Love the detail and painting on the face and hair, and the close up of the hand. The intense colors really change the feel from the original scan, but they also kind of make the situation feel less dramatic that it is, and more like party favors. I wonder how it would look with less saturated finish. Either way, great job!

how is this not top rated yet, this is just brilliant the paint job is perfect your effort is well shown in the final product, background spot on and the detail has me fixated on this wall (not really much I can say that hasn't already been said) that's a fav+ for sure
