Ookami san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi Ookami Ryouko

Ryouko looks a lot like Chiaki from Minami-ke in this vector.

I think it's because of her chest nut color hair and that mouth lol. The vector looks pretty good in the thumbnail. It's a great first attempt actually. While your line art varies a lot it's intentional to add more to the character. Line art of first timers are usually a bit sloppy and inconsistent. Smart scan selection and good line work. Line work on top of her head and curves on the chin could be a bit smoother.

Some of the shading on her hair doesn't stretch all the way to the linework or the linework doesn't line up with that side of the shade (ie: left side of her head, far right bang after her forehead ones). One thing to pay attention next time is level of depth. Her bang that stretches all the way to her ear has a line going through it which shouldn't be there. A very tiny detail that might come to bite you later on.

Good job. I usually don't nit pick but just typing about how good your attempt was would be boring!
