Here's a wall that got lost in Session Zero sometime in early 2009. Unfortunately, I've lost all the PSDs involved in the making of this, but from what I can remember, I used a 600px-wide image of Exia (which I later decided to make my first vector of), and the format of one of my other walls. For the typography, I used multiple layer effects - outer glow, emboss, drop shadow. Yeah, basically heaps of shadows and overlays. And oh, I think there were suggestions made to get rid of the sharp edges, so I'll make that a to-do for my next revision.

Dear Apbot, please pass this wallpaper.

Good design, but would change the font of the letters of the two sentences, the legend down almost not noticeable, and this does not help much to your design. I know you can do better. Salu2

Personally I think the text spoiled the wall. More like it doesn't fit into the wallpaper and took the focus away from exia to the text.

But good try!

I quite like your use of shadows. The sharp contrast makes for nice eye candy. I would agree that the sharp edges detract somewhat from the wall if you pay too much attention to them, but overall an impressive job.

There is a lot of artifacting on the gundam's head... You need to use a better quality scan.

Very nice indeed. The effect on Exia is neatly done and it's nice you did it on a black background it makes exia look like a shadow from the past. Maybe put some more stars ti fill up some of the black spaces if you can :P other then that its a job well done.
