Interesting style and colors! And yay for lineless. :D I will say that the shadow on his face is a bit distracting, even if it's in the original scan - if someone were to use it on a wall, it would look out of place. It may be better to remove it or turn it into a more subtle gradient instead.

The vector is good but I think there should be more contrast between the colors because are too dark and some details are confused.

This is really an interesting approach to vectoring. :D Although, I've seen many vectors that resembles this style, I still like it. XD The way you vectored it kinda resembles a hard-stroked painting. ^^ It doesn't mean that it looks bad----I actually like these kind of arts. Also, the gradients are done and used beautifully. The lineless approach is very nice too. Overall, I love it. Though it could use a bit more gradients here and there to make it look more alive than it is right now. :D
