The only thing that kind of bugs me is her right hand; I kind of think you could've added a few lines to further accentuate her fingers, her hand looks kind of...deformed as it is now. D:

But other than that, this is really nice and good luck in the competition! :D

i agree that the right hand looks odd. Looks unfinished with the missing lines or you intentionally do that. other than that everything looks awesome! The lights, effects and overall details is really stunning. +

Muahaha even gradients in the lineart! So pretty! I think I particularly like the glowing sheen on parts. But arg why the chopped off tips at the top? D: Nice star effect in the eyes. :D Your vector is very nice and clean, and so detailed! Lol at the layer screenshot - I did that once for one of my walls. XD Comparing to the original scan, I think the skin could use one layer of lighter highlights at least. The blues of the hair could use another gradient of deep indigo in the shadows, and the dress could use some purple in the shadows too. But awesome job, and good you picked this scan - to me it's the most interesting/animated of the 3.

her eyes!! her lips, hair skin WOW amazing, stunning, glowing i'm glad you used lighten and vivid color compared with the scan. it bother me from the original scan, I feel the shirt a bit stiff of the drawing, something to give it more movement and a little wave, to improve it, I know is risky to do it. awesome work! I bet nat got what she really wanted :D. The use of simple gradients was done very well. While they are not complicated, they all stack on top of each other to create a beautiful peace that is pleasing to the eyes. The detail work on this vector makes it stand out above others on top of its vibrant colors.
