I think you need a better description behind the process of your wall to get a history behind it and proper references especially since you need to credit the vector created by Tens that you used - and the stock image of the background.

Nice wallpaper! The lighting and the textures are very well chosen. As for the background I think it's a little to realistic for the chosen vector. None the less it gets a fav from me!

Surprisingly i like this. Normally i don't like wall's made from really life images. But you've done really well despite some of your small faults in the wall. I have to say i love how you've worked @Tens vector into the bg, the colours and effects are simply awesome, beautiful and eye catching. Though the vector is little to sharp compared to the bg, which really shows at his hair. shows the distinction between vector and bg, when really you want to see them as one, so to say.

And you made great use of text!!! So many wall'ers fault with text, either the wrong font, size, postion, or simply because it should be there. But this just compliments it so well! And the mean is shown through the way you applied colour to the text too!

The only things i dislike about the bg is the angles. And that street lamp i wish you'd gotten rid of it, its eye catching and simply not completing.

Nice idea, but I don't think he's that short like you placed it on the background, I suggest to try a different angle or position to keep the perspective right^^

Nice adjusting the colors of Tens's vector (I think you should really add a credit to him in the wall's sig too), but my main issue seems to be the perspective. From where Yakumo is compared to the sidewalk, it's like he's walking along at torso height, or on his knees. O__O

Interesting wallpaper. I don't usually see live images made into a wallpaper with a vector. May be I just haven't seen a lot yet... haha. Still, I like the idea and the presentation of this. Good lighting effects, making the wallpaper with depth and incorporating the vector into the background. Great job..

It's hard to match and place vector on photos and i think is very well done, I like it, is different, the lights are very good on him, I also would prefer more sharp when the street are close to him, as a fade between the blur and sharp, good job! +

Overall a nice scene, but the character is positioned way too low. Use the Rule of Thirds to place the characters eyes on 1/3 of the resolution, for a better match with the background (he seems to be a midget now) and better emotional impact.

Stunning! What I most enjoy is the force felt while viewing the wallpaper. You've created a dance of light that surrounds the character and it complements him superbly. I wish I had the skill/knowledge that you guys have on how to do this stuff, it's amazing to see what you guys conjure up sometimes, amazing.

Great work on the colours, they really look cool together. (They're the main reason why I clicked the thumbnail, the orange is so nice!) I also think that the bg you picked suits the scan pretty well. The lineart of the scarf, especially the ones on the left could've been blended into the bg a bit more, I can see white pixels near the word "hell" o.o And the font you used is too clean, since the bg is blurry, a more blurred font would be better I think.

I must see this series, I'm thinking right now. Somehow this character reminds me of another character but leaving that aside your wall is amazing, I can see why it is "A+", from my point of view it's and "S", I love how he fits in the background as well as the background and the colors, a pretty familiar scenery but so well and clean rendered... love it!
