Let it rain. Let it rain! This is superior work. I will not wait for the final and official rating to declare it so. I love looking at a wallpaper like this and being able to discover the kind of details in the BG that hold my attention. And your statement about adding rain to give it movement is dead-on. You even got the details of the rain droplets splash bouncing above the chara's clothing correct.

Such a wide perspective, I love it. The details are well placed and although the moon needs to cast more shine around and on her, it still adds a lot to the 'I'm going to win' atmosphere <3

Tremendous quality that put him considering that the image did not have very good quality we say. But the quality left a good friend, this wall right hand corner of my favorites and the reason for the rain is very well done ^ ^.

Both the raining version and the non-rain version looks great! Its nice to see that you've added the water streaks on her on the raining version. Just a question, why is there a green 'cloud' at the far end of the city (near her ankles)? I notice that they are both in the raining and non-raining versions.

Forgot to say, sorry: I like the version with the rain and the wires best, and the colourful splotches of the advertisements and the soft, dreamy green of the far away mountains. I think it makes for a great contrast with the overall greyness of the city. It also seemed better that you didn't leave the silhouette entirely without colour. Muted colours make it more real, in my opinion, while you still have the stark contrast with the light.

Good made Wall. Especially the background with the rain made this wall interresting for me. There is nothing in specific i could say looks bad. But in my oppinion something is lacking in this wall, that pops into the eye and says that it is a good wall. All in all it is good ;)

Why didn't I see this wall earlier? I'm usually right on top of Black Lagoon walls, especially if they're above avarage, like this one. I prefer the rain version, because that adds some more depth to the image and provides a better story. I think placing Revy in a city background with a full moon is interesting and it totally works in this wall. It has the same mood as the manga/series, which to me is the most appealing aspect of Black Lagoon, so that's great! On a more critical note though, I think the horizon is a bit too low. This takes away a lot of 'power' that the city has, because you don't really get the idea Revy's in the middle of the city now. Also note that most users will have their Windows task bar on the bottom, blocking almost the entire city in the background. Also the Coca Cola sign is a bit too obvious because it doesn't match the colour scheme and it's the only real product advert in the scene. I don't remember if Black Lagoon had a special name for coce products used in the series, like Heireken for the beer, but that would've been better imo. Still, it's a great wall, not only because it's Black Lagoon, but also because it's well made. Love to see more of you!

Awesome Revy wall! The effect of drizzle and the play of light from the buildings versus the main focus point of the moon behind the character make it a very nice landscape wall! Good job on distribution and composition too. Two thumbs up :P

[it really is a coke building XD] sorry, the first one captured my eyes was the super popular coke logo XD. Anyway i really like this whole wall composition, but i think all of the neon banner look too sharp even though the rain is there, and the building doesn't look like 3d for me... but still when it looks good if i put it on my desktop then it's a nice wall ^^

Chillingly beautiful! The original scan seems plain, but you did a really good job building a scene for it. She standing before the full moon can be rendered iconic. The light is also great. And yes, revision 4 is the best :">

The moon seems a bit too big in my opinion but I like the city, rain and water effect on her. I hope this isn't an advert for coke :P

This scan with that amazing background equals pure awesomeness, the bg is so detailed and interesting it could easily be a wall by itself with a few tweaks and the light of the moon and the splashes of rain off of Revy is a nice touch that helps make the bg and the character fit together perfectly

What I feel about Rain from this picture are "No one can stop me" and "I must go on lonely". The big roung moon enhances the latter. Whatever, nice work!
