Grabbed the scan from the AP gallery. Thought it was an awesome scan of Tails soaring the skies. I played around with various sky and cloud tutorials and finally settled on this version (as my other versions looked too busy).
I wanted to keep the main focus on Tails so I didn't want the sky too cluttered. I used hues of blue from Tails' eyes, and created a banner from Tails' fur and shoes.
Overall I wanted a light and cheery wall that captured Tails' passion for the aerial realm.
Version 2: Took Horseradish's suggestions and removed the texture from the banner and changed up the text to make it more subtle.

This is a pretty neat and clean wall of yours. :D The sky is OK and the faint "sunrise" overlaid on the clouds are a nice addition. IMO though, the banner that you created would be even more pleasing to look at if it were smooth and solid. I also think that it would be better off without the text OR you can use some other text for it. ^^v

First of all that is a nice quality scan you've used here and cleanly extracted, the clouds are nice and the feint patterned lines in the background almost like sunbeams that add just that little bit more to the image. the only part I'm not too fond of it the text in the banner personally I'd have it as just the colors, either way you've done a good job I look forward to seeing more from you in the future roy

Wow, this is cute! Does Sonic have an anime? Revision 1 is more dynamic and Revision 2 is softer. I like both. :)
