This wallpaper was based on what I think was a rare piece of promotional artwork I found randomly on the internet. I noticed the background was actually a screen-cap from a scene in the first episode. The scene was panning from right to left so I took advantage of it to make the background larger and even more panoramic.
The background was completely repainted using mostly the paintbrush and smudge tools. The character was done in a similar process to what I did with this previous wallpaper, adding more details in the vector such as extra shadows and an occlusion like effect, the shadows were also made darker for more contrast. The birds came from this picture.

This is nicely done. I love the colors that you chose for the BG. It became more alive than it is on the original image. The birds are a nice addition also. I love the shadow of the birds on her dress. I feel that you could've added some more highlights to the character (more colors/shadings/etc). But anyway, overall, this one looks neat and clean. :D

I really like the background, it's somewhat bleak and dull but somehow works well with the character and the mood of the whole wall. I agree with Horseradish about the girl, though - since the background is so detailed/shaded, it would look better to add more details and shading on the girl, too; right now, she looks too 'clean' compared to the BG. Nice work, though, keep it up!

Really nice BG! Some things seem a little strange for me especially the bird's shadow on her/his dress (it's not really natural!) The vector is great, but don't fits the design of BG. A lightning would add some depth and atmosphere. But it's just my opinion!

Vector and colors in the wallpaper are very clean. They are drawing the lady's cold character very well.

Oh hey finally more Le Chevalier D'eon wallpapers! :D You've done a very nice job on the background! I love how detailed it looks now. Nice application of shading too. I just wish you applied some of that painted style on D'eon (the character) too. I think it would look better if the whole wallpaper was done in a consistent style. Still a lovely wallpaper though. So a job well done to you! Keep up the great work. :D

The wall looks good, I like the scenery, how the character looks but I have one problem...the colors, somehow I see them deeper/ more vivid and a bit darker, I think it would do a better trick for it and *this is an additional idea:well you could add in the sky some other colors too, make it seem some sort of sunset.

The background is done pretty good, which usually people cannot do very well. Somehow the character itself is a bit lacking, I think some more details on her could increase the overall feeling from it greatly. Still a pretty good wallpaper though.
