ONE PIECEEEEE u love to see one piece walls xD and this is pretty well done.

I can see that there was a lot of work with all the layers in vectoring, but I do have some suggestions to make Even though you used a lot of vector layers for the skin, it looks quite flat and simple, I think it would look better if there was more darker shades. This is most evident on the skin since itself is more simple than the cloth,dragon and etc. Another thing is that the sakura blossoms seems flat too. I've never done this myself but I think it would help if you duplicated some of the sakura layers and put it on overlay/multiply mode, it would help give some depth. and it might've also helped if there was some light on the branches.

lastly, I hope I don't sound mean or anything >.< It's been a loooooooooooooong time since I've critiqued or given any sort of advice on a wallpaper. hopefully it's comprehensible. but gosh you've got some patience with all the shapes and stuff >o<

This turned out great! I love Nami's dress, particularly the detail at the hem. Paisley's my favorite. Your trees are lovely. Sometimes it just takes a little tweak, like an extra shadow or highlight to make the difference. I like how the dragon's colors offset the pink and keep the wall from being too girly. Well, the dragon and Luffy's finger up his nose. Great job!
