OK, I'm done with this wall and don't wanna see it never again. I've been working on it for a year probably with huge breaks between. The outlining took me more then a week of everday work, it was so much work. The hardest part was doing Zero's shirt, it's so confusing and full of lines >.> The rest wasn't much more easier. It had tons of little details I had to pay attention while doing it but I was proud of it. When it came to painting things became more complicated. My tablet died meanwhile, so I had to drop the project for a while. When I picked it again I finished it in some weeks. My first obstacle was Yuuki's hair and dress. I couldn't make it look decent at all, it's better now but far from perfect. Then I tried making the skin look soft and less yellow then usual but I think it still looks too yellow xD I was really afraid of the wings and blood but it turned out it was the easiest part of the whole wall. I actually enjoyed making the blood for both Yuuki and Zero. Painting Kaname wasn't really simple since he's surrounded with many dark colors. I tried to change them from the original scan to make it a bit more pleasant for the eye, I hope it looks better now. His wings were so time consuming T__T I was working on them for a day but in the end I acutally like them. As for Zero, he was such a pain. The shirt has driven me insane, I had to change the shadings for 3 times since I wasn't satisfied with the results, same goes for the skin. Despite everything, I enjoyed making their eyes, I always like doing them. The background is a catastrophe x___x Yes, that's supposed to be water but whatever...I'm not planning to change it ever. I worked on it for so long that I started hating this scan pretty badly. The lightning of it isn't good either I know, I'm sure it could use some more work but not now. I'm never gonna pick such a detailed scan again =__=;;

Glad to see it here on AP - through all the hard you did it has paid off and the skin doesn't look yellow at all XD I like the alternative finishes to the wall you've made compared to the original and glad you didn't add the white feathers as it looked over crowded in the original. Nice work. Fav+

Yeah that's the reason I opt for lineless vectors nowadays...saves MUCH time. @.@ Though the time you put in shows nicely. :) I would say it's a tad dark such that we can't see much of Kaname's wings, but you've done enough already so that's minimal. My fav part is Kaname's hair. >D Nice swishy details you put into it. :3

Pretty good I'd say, generally I'm not into this colors so much when it comes to vectors I rather see something more colorful somehow or shining but the scan you used it's sort of typical, I mean I've seen so many versions of it already that somehow it gets a bit tiring though the style differs for most but I'd wish to see other good images vectored not only this one...okay after all the complaining I still think that this scan you used really catches the eye, it was a really good one, though lately everything about the characters bothers me, the manga got annoying, the story repetitive I still find the beauty of the drawings. Her skin is a bit yellow, maybe could fix that up!

Frankly, I love the wallpaper as a whole, and I've been meaning to travel back here to comment on it. It's been my background for months now, but the one thing that's weird, is the greyish stripes in Yuuki's and Kaname's hair. I'm sure they're meant to be highlights, but it just seems so oddly bright. I dunno o3o; The color contrast of Kaname's fingers always amused me, and this has so much more depth and surrealism than the actual scan fdoiusdufsdoif.

One of the greatest VK wallpapers i've seen sofar!...I even if don't really like Kaname... he look good, especially his wings, but Yuuki and Zero look really awsome and beautyful!
