Hi this is my first wallpaper is quite simple ^-^ but I hope you will like it. The program that i used is inkscape, I vectored motoko from a screenscape, took me around 2 hours to vector her and 2 hours to finish all. Hope you will like my first wallpaper ^-^.

It's a good concept but the perspective feels like it squishes The Major. And It could be me but the colors especially her skin seem too bright. And I'll give you the same helpful advice given to me. You have a good layout but you blurred the clouds too much. Clouds are a combination in focus and out of focus elements.
Also the cloud on the right hand side is so over blurred that it's been completely flattened and separated from the wallpaper frame.
I hope that can help you. I'm glad to see you taking the initiative to create something unique.

I'm agreer with TheMajor's comments, but it not bad for a first wall, the vector skill is look clean, good job~
As for the cloud, you can try use the real picture then modify in photoshop like: watercolor effect, it may look better.
Anyway, congratulation for your 1st wall, keep up a good work~~

Finally a simple, GITS wall! =) Most of the GITS walls on here, in my opinion, are so busy you're left wondering what to focus on. I also understand the complaint about the "squished" perspective, but having seen both SAC seasons many times, this doesn't look strange to me. When watching, your viewing perspective is often distorted on purpose to add an effect or set a tone. I think it looks natural to the series. Overall, I think it's a great first wall. Keep up the good work!

Well it's kind of very simply and it seems to lack something, somehow I think I'd prefer a deeper color and more sky detail as well as in her glasses but besides that I like the concept, it reminds of a picture from Tenjou Tenge.

I like the plain feel and the soft colors. So nice to see more GITs wallpapers here, they are so rare I feel.
