When i first saw this vector I thought: " What a beautiful girl ".Then when I saw it on MyAnimeList and saw the Shounen Ai genre ---> O_O

It has some artistic touch and feeling on it, but for me is a way too simple and is missing some main impact. Also if you didn't did the vector yourself, would be pretty welcome to credit the one who did, at least so requires the etiqette.

Ditto on what @akiranyo has said. Please credit properly when you make wallpapers (especially if the source/stuffs used are not yours. :D).
Other than that, wallpaper seems to be simplistic yet neat and clean to look at. It could've used more elements though.

if you use a hue of that blue (darker) instead of black, with no strokes, will be a nice result ^^U i like the wall with diagonal lines like that, maybe the brush is not necessary, but is still nice.

I like the simplicity of this, as well as the pallete. The colors really pop. The only thing that I would have done differently is that I wouldn't have outlined the colored "shadows" in the background. It's a little distracting for me.
