Here's the scan: 481. I only used one texture here which from the "Burned Wallpaper" texture set by spiritcoda. Hope that helps :)

It’s always nice to see another Hajime no Ippo wallpaper in here. I really like the halftone effect and overall look it gives the wallpaper.

I’d get rid of the text covering part of Ippo’s arm and torso, if possible.
The whole swirly thing coming from behind the star looks a bit out of place. You don’t really need it (imo), especially when you have those bolts of electricity.
Now, speaking of the text, I’m not really digging the font (then again, I’ve never being a big fan of text whatsoever).
Finally, extraction could use a bit more work (clean-up). Btw, it’d be nice if you could add a more “detail” description of your wallpaper-concept next time.
