TBH, the incorporation of the text is kinda dull for me. There are SO MANY ways in which you can incorporate the text (in your case, the poem) into the character. For example, instead of the usual hair strands, why not make the poem her hair instead? It would be nice to look at also since the hair strands are different in sizes as well. Overlaying it, just like you did here, is not that quite appealing at all. Other than that, your vector is very neat and clean. I love the colors used for her hair. The BG IMO, is kinda plain also. Maybe you could add some subtle gradients/textures/etc. to make it more alive. :D

Great wall, but I think it would look better if you shifted the whole thing to the left a bit and brought the face just a smidgen (not a lot) towards the middle; possibly ~7% of the whole width? (~200pix at 2560x1600 resolution). Otherwise perfect.

On the first look, this wallpaper looks very simple. But I really like this style, it's very clean and beautiful :D
