seems like you have to same problem that me exporting and i had to rush mine too D: gawd is awful that a month is not enough sometimes D: my gosh, what.. this is so beautiful! her skin is stunning!!! like painting style, tha armor! wow... i'm speechless, her eyer are so kind and powerlful! I have to commend you for doing a very good job for the first time use of the mesh tool.
The eyes may be a tad blurry, though I saw that the scan isn't much better. It may help to lighten the bottom left side of her face layer/mesh (or add an opacity mask with gradient or mesh) to blend it in with the neck a bit better like the scan.
Overall, very good job, and nice scan choice.

Very promising. If this is your first attempt at using gradient mesh, then I can't wait to see how your future works will look like. My only concern would be the sharpness (or lack thereof) of the eyes. But I'm just nitpicking and you deserve a keg of beer for your hard work.

This shows how powerful the gradient mesh tool can be. It actually makes me want to try AI again but I can never get used to the pen tool and interface. I can't get out of my PS habits but who knows. At glance it looks like the official game illustrations. Pretty cool how you did all the detail work and retained their original shapes pretty well. Lots of meticulous work that just kept piling up on top of each other and created a wonderful vector.

Everyone already mentioned the sharpness of the eyes. I would of liked to see the overall contrast turned up a notch or not but she sort of feels dreamy.

You've come a LONG way. I think CloudGER and you were just starting out vectoring and hoping to improve. Now, the two of you became very good vector artists. : )

This is really impressive, and by far your best vector so far. Looks really liek you put a lot of effort in it. I wished IS had a mesh tool too, I really like this style, but actually don't want to do painted vectors anymore because they are so tiring to do in IS... maybe one day I will try out AI, who knows. I can't say much abt this vector in particular, I think it speaks for itself and other ppl already mentioned some points. I don't see much unfinished in this actually, and think this one deserves to win VD. Good luck! +fav

ZOMFG, this totally looks like it's painted o.o but it's not which is far more impressive. The coloring is absolute love, the only thing that bothers me is missing some sharpness like the eyes and some details. Minor things only because this is fabulous.

WOhoho O.O WTF is THIS?!!! This round of vectadesu has been pushing everyone to the utmost limits of their vectoring skills, and this vector is no exception to that. On top of an awesome, utterly challenging scna, you've reached a level of near perfect execution. There's so much to look at, my head goes spinning ^^/ Moreover, it's nice to see you challenge your traditional style and go for a more 3D image. Superb work!

Wow i don't usually comment on vectors, and in fact this is my first time commenting on one. But yours is really amazing and impressive, so i had to comment. I really like the outcome. I have no idea what and how this "mesh tool" works (don't have Illustrator), but i'm really impressed with what you can do with it. The screenshot of those black outlines alone made me go "whoa!". The only gripe i have about it is the eyes. It needs to be sharper. It's kinda blurry at the moment. Nonetheless, a job well done! :D

Her dress is really gorgeous and delicate. Colors and vector in the picture are very clean and clear.

Awesome job! I really like how it looks so smooth that I really thought that at least parts must've been painted. I must admit I was just a little bit disappointed when I found out it's all vector. Really good job on this one - I am sure that you'll see this one on some guild page or something from that game. If I'll be the one designing such a page though, I'll definitely credit you! Kendra looks awesome in her S80-grade armor :D. Human (arch)mages ftw!

Man, Lineage has some of the most beautiful designs that I have seen from any PC game thus far. Anyway, bravo on the piece! I think I like this better than the original because the warm tone compliments the overall color scene more.
