You should add some details to her hair, like some more shadows or light reflections. Even though there are summer days without any cloud in the sky I think you could also add some clouds (maybe just little ones), so that the sky isn't that empty. Overall a simple wallpaper with a nice feeling. I like Saber in this dress. ;)

Here some my opinions, you can add more glass at the bottom, make it look more like standing at the hill top. And also try add some cloud at the sky, because it just too blank. Then finally try make Saber more darker a bit, bacause she is standing behind the sun.

Concept and colors in the wallpaper are very simple and cool. It make Saber be more charming and attractive.

I like the background, it would be nice if it was in widescreen though
