This is very lovely~ :D I'm too lazy to comment right now but I'm going to say a few things: I love the gradient work on this one. Merging all the elements together is really nice. Texture's blending in perfectly as well. Overall, great work.

The stroke of the brush are much finer on Shiranui, so she looks a bit out of place. Aside from that it's a really great wallpaper.

The vectoring and the gradients are awesome, but somehow I feel that Shiranui doesn't really belong in that picture. She has too much detail while everything else is in a very erm....cartoonish, few details style? I hope you understand what I'm saying... Also...I would like to correct a factual error in your description. Shiranui and Amaterasu are the same wolf, but they go by a different name so as not to mix up "present day Ammy" and "Ammy from 100 years ago", and hence Okamiden got it wrong by saying that Shiranui is Chibi's grandparent and Ammy, Chibi's mother. ...Okay that's just me being nitpicky @.@ the wall is very well done regardless, I love the little flowers around the wolves' paws :)
