I think you could do better extracting the scan, I see a white halo around every edge (and you can see the edge of the scan on the guitar on the left and on top of Tsumugi). I like the way you composed the scans (at first I thought it was originally like that, but I can tell it wasn't because there's a problem... I can tell that the girls on the right are skewed). Maybe you could try using a different color for the outline on the text, because right now it makes it look like the girls are lacking contrast (you could tweak their contrast too).

I like the colors on that ribbon/band that sticks out on the left. I think it might look nice if you used those colors for the sunburst in the background instead of red and brown?

Edit: Wait those are vectors? If they were I would assume you either had an ai/svg file of it (in which case there is no reason it should have a halo from having to extract it, and it shouldn't be blurred from scaling it) or a png of it (in which case you shouldn't try to upscale it, but it still shouldn't be skewed, and you still shouldn't have had to extract it..)
