The clouds are too realistic they really need to be changed to blend in better. I also think more tones could be added to the vector. Love the concept though.

The idea is very nice and the vector is nice looking but yeah, the clouds look too realistic and uniform in color - the ones closer to the moons should be lighter since they'd be illuminated by the light of the moons. Also, the sky should be darker towards the horizon and lighter in the proximity of the moons and some additional, subtle ripples would look good on the water surface. Or at least on the mirrored clouds. Such little details really mean a lot when it comes to lighting and setting an atmosphere. ^_~

The background is looking good, the sky looks very nice, though the water behind her is a bit bright, it could be darker to match the darkness. The character also looks good, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.
