Well this started off as a layout based on one from the Webcreame gallery awhile back. I re-arranged it and made it into a wallpaper for my desktop, I thought it looked so good that I decided to re-make it at a larger size and submit. Vectored the image of Danbo from a photo, made a simple earthy platform, and added the clouds. =)

Edit: Moved everything more in the center, adjusted the sky and lighting, added more grass, and added typography.

This looks really, really cute. :3 I would've loved to see more grass blades there. The simplicity of this wall is really neat and clean. Although, the positioning of the character itself together with the platform is kinda on the top a bit. Maybe if you moved the platform down a little, it would be centered perfectly. :D Other than that, the clouds look very nice as well. I think adding in some subtle text would work out. :D

It's cute but the wallpaper lacks something, can't really say what, but it's a bit flat.

i like the ver. with the typo as well.and the beams of light are expressive. i have the idea about the bg: maybe adding more beautiful clouds will make it even more nice. but it's just my personal taste, though...

HAHAHAHAHAHA! OMG it's Danbo from Yotsuba. God I loved the chapters this guy showed up in, just the crap she makes up on the spot to play with Yotsuba is just HILARIOUS! Hopefully we get to see more Danbo in future chapters
