I did three versions of this wallpaper, actually this is the version number three, the others are in my lj-community 1789 Geeks, the difference between they is the tone of color, the first has slightly more lighting,er... kind of, really; maybe it's weird OTL.

That's a great wall! Maybe it need some Saturation/Contrast Adjustement..but just a little in order to make colours and vectore more clear.

Sorry this will come off harsh, but this wall looks a bit like a throw up of textures.

From what I can actually see of the light textures, they look fine and have a flow with the characters. The background and typography should be changed though. For some reason I have a weird feeling that a darker greeny yellow would work well as the main color. Along with less bold textures to give emphasis to the characters and lights.

I think the typography was a good idea but you should try using simpler fonts for the largest text to make it seem less busy.

And HOLY DEAR GOD STOP SHARPENING. O___O Or at least fade your sharpen, because right now your destroying the edges of the characters, silhouettes, and background elements.

Bad wallpaper is bad. You totally oversharped the edges and the concept lost even that little appeal what it had, the typography cannot save too much. I have seen better wallpapers rejected as this, sorry for being harsh, but is the clear truth. =/
