Yay new wall! And what's this? females in my gallery? XD These are Izaya Orihara's little twin sisters,Mairu and Kururi. They are just as twisted as him (if not a little worse) but I just think they are adorable. The original scan is from here

This is my first time coloring using gradients in Photoshop. I know it's not great but Ill get the hang of it soon hopefully..lol. Thank you to @Kamlotton and @Vampluva for the tips! I really had alot of fun doing it and can't wait to try again.
So after the vectoring of the girls I messed around with a background for about 2 days. I finally ended up following this tutorialand than changed the colors around to match a bit better.

Ohh, Mairu and Kururi! So good see a wallpaper of them! :D The colors are really nice, I liked so much of the gradients on the stars. The vector is really nice too, have some jagged lines but it's not so important. Good job! ^^

You managed to get the bg done, belle ^^ (I'm still stuck with mine >.>) Anyway, simple and adorable bg for the characters. Perhaps you can math the depth of the bg's colour with the character to make it looks more harmony...lolz Well done, belle! Hope to see your next wallie soon. ^^

Nice wallpaer. Maybe the background is not that matching to the characters containing darker colors, but is certainly a good and easygoing one.

The background looks good, those stripes and colors are nice. The characters also look good, though her glasses could have a stronger frame down. Nice wallpaper.

I like everything about this wallpaper, from the simple yet cheery background coupled with the nicely done vector.
I suggest giving the twins a bit of emphasis (Outer glow/shadow, stroke, etc) and changing the background's color scheme to either black-white, grayscale or black-white-red/brown to match them.
But even if you don't, the differently colored background can serve as an emphasis as well so that they don't blend in the background. : D

great work!! yeah You have right. Although I prefer Izaya. I really enjoy his conflicts with Shizuo I love how you painted the skin of both. the background is perfect, I love the stars are very original
